You see a lot of claims online about how mens testosterone is declining and it gets blamed on the environment. Things that are said to ruin testosterone are:
1. Common soaps
2. Plastics
3. Polyester clothing
4. Soy
5. Vegetable oils
6. Refined sugar
7. High body fat
8. Too low body fat
9. Porn
10. Beer
11. Fluoride
12. Poor nutrition in childhood (soy formula fed).
Things that are claimed to increase testosterone are:
1. Sleeping enough
2. High fat diet
3. High Cholesterol consumption
4. Sunlight
5. Weight lifting
6. Vitamin and mineral intakes
7. Fighting
But then how much do genetics play a role? Most people have similar routines yet we have 6’6 gigachad a and 5’3 soyboys. If we compared their upbringing, they would likely be similar especially if the grew up in the same city. So what do you guys think about testosterone maxing by improving your environment? Cope for soy genetics or does everyman hold the power to be a 6’6 beast had he eat properly during childhood?
