You look really good tbh. Your mandible is really big which is a good rare facial feature (makes me think of my avi).

Your eyes don't look so bad, what you see is just the canthal tilt which isn't perfectly flat and both eyes are tilted at different angles but it doesn't look as terrible as you think. It may not be impossible to fix, maybe taban can fix it but I don't know if you could afford it.

In the meantime, keep gymmaxxing, you are already slightly muscular but it's not enough, you can still gymmax a lot more.

Lateral canthoplasty with a spacer graft, it looks like you have sufficient under eye support already. Only the soft tissue needs to be manipulated.
