Is that recessed maxilla or what is it? And how to fix it

I recently noticed a nasolabial fold on my face. I can't figure out if it's swelling or recessed maxilla.

Nasolabial folds could very well be from a recessed maxilla but also alot of the time the issue as clavicular says is that theres too much fat or swelling in the cheeks so you could try to reduce that first and if it doesnt go away consider that you might have a recessed maxilla if i had a pic I could say for sure.
