In THEORY you limit your caloric intake to just 300 calories above maintenance (that's literally barely anything if you think about it, like maintenance and then a single protein bar).
And as a result the THEORY is you limit fat gain.
But are you also limiting muscle gain? Im just bulking with complete disregard to going overboard at the moment. I literally don't give a fuck about being shredded in the moment. I plan on getting surgery in about 2 years so why would I care about what women think about me now. I literally don't.
