Is the average person recessed?

I always thought recession was rare seeing as it's a literal deformity, but ever since I've started obsessing over facial aesthetics due to this forum I've started noticing just how many people out in the real world have recessed jaws/chins. Almost seems like its the norm, and not being recessed (aka having literally NORMAL bones) is a halo in itself. Thoughts?

i think most people are at least slightly recessed. I didn’t even know I was slightly recessed till I got into psl but not enough for me to be bullied

the word "deformed" carries an unneccessarily severe connotation with it. Everyone has skeletal flaws of varying degree, there are no perfect skulls.

Most people are recessed but people who're utterly recessed are more rare than people with good / normal bites.

Asians and Blacks are a good example though not the same type of recession. put it simply, Europeans for example tend to have a better development all around so it's not necessarily distributed the same with all races ofc.
