Is the blackpill mainstream?

Do a lot of people know about incels and the blackpill? I am thinking about explaining the blackpill in arabic to spread it. Arabs need it before we lose Islam.

everyone knows it subconsciously but they chose to ignore it cause they are weak minded. we the select few have been graced with enough mental fortitude to accept it.
