only ever heard about it hurting you on the inside. But I’ve been addicted to the cart and nic for 3+ years and I’m worried it’s halted me a bunch and my potential. I’m 16 now so don’t have much time to help it out if I don’t do something soon

Only time i would say its okay to use is if your cutting weight significantly, using nic as a suppressant but even then it's not a good idea

there is evidence that is fries your brain and damages ur looks (sure it may help u lose weight due to the loss of food noise and get more hollow cheeks but as u get older u turn into a zombie)
