I've made some searches and you're basically born with it.

I have indian friends and heard them talking about the caste system. They weren't born in mainland india btw, however their family still cares about it. However it has become lenient today.

I think it's one form of blackpill is that no matter how much drive, hard-work, love or even looks, you are put where you deserve

It is and it is actually a good system which shows people their real place/worth in society.
It's universal for subhumans to be at the bottom of anything and everything or every aspect in life.
They are called bottom of the barrel/genetic trash for a reason.
People in modern times are not in favour of this system because they are educated and can't tolerate discrimination.
