Is the causes to your skin from lack of sleep permanent

I only fall asleep when i cant stay awake anymore (so im on my phone till like 2 am)

If i start actually sleeping at a good time would this help fix stuff like mild nasolabial folds
 
Yes. A good nights sleep has important role in the health and beauty of the skin. I doubt it's even possible to have a great skin without sleeping alot.
If you start sleeping alot and taking good care of your skin, and your naso folds aren't deep, yes, you can fix them.

But does it also matter when i go to bed, or just the total amount of sleep?

Do you eat a caloric surplus? thats when i started to easily fall asleep. My nutritionist explained to me the correlation but i forgot
