Thanks for explaining it bhai and tbh i would say it isn’t really true bc the colder a place is, the more isolated it tends to be. And when a country is mostly isolated, they don’t have that many opportunities including in learning fields.

Did you read the theory? Back in The day people had to plan how they would get food, they had to know how to make fires and houses. The people not smart enough would die and this made more intelligent
