I started taking creatine in Febuary, and since then (I have pictures to prove it), my cheeks have become a bit more full, and have more water retention. This reduces shadowing or my ogee curve because of the bloat.
People say this is wrong, but this is my personal experience and others will say the same.
Question is: Is this trade-off worth the muscle gains and strength/looking fuller at the gym? Or is it better to look slimmer in the face (more outlined zygos, jaw)
