Is the creatine facial bloat worth it for the gains?

I started taking creatine in Febuary, and since then (I have pictures to prove it), my cheeks have become a bit more full, and have more water retention. This reduces shadowing or my ogee curve because of the bloat.

People say this is wrong, but this is my personal experience and others will say the same.

Question is: Is this trade-off worth the muscle gains and strength/looking fuller at the gym? Or is it better to look slimmer in the face (more outlined zygos, jaw)

It’s a minimal bloat but you’ll definitely see a difference.

bro i've been on creatine for like 3+ years, I've literally never had a bloat issue and I drink like 3 liters of water a day. if you're drinking a significant enough amount of water and still getting bad facial bloat, I'd just hop off creatine, a slim face is more important than a slightly fuller physique + creatine gives minimal benefits

its not a bad facial bloat,

just very minimal... looks like i gained a few lbs of fat, and some of it went to the face, not so nice

im htn generally, but recently ive been feeling cucked from the bloat

you can survive with some facial bloat as an htn, you'd probably be better off just pinning test if you're gonna go through all the trouble of bloating, might as well see some real gains instead of that pussy shit creatine gives you + much better benefits overall

go from mhtn ---> lhtn/maybe lower with percieved bloat (which looks like you're fat in the face)

want to have children and dont want to do pct so no test for me until im older

Just drink more water because when you take creatine you need a heap of it. I drink about 3.5-4 litres a day and the bloating isn't to bad but there's always going to be some.
