Just went to the dermatologist today told me my acne was a bad closed comedones and gave me 6 stuffs for the cost of 114 fuckass bucks tryna reduce the price by removing some stuffs like a prescribe cleanser , moist , SPF but she doesn't let me and the three other stuffs r pills ion ever heard About and some creams

Should I just buy adapalene or tret off some random online shops or find another derma I feel like my acne isn't even that bad to spend fucking 114 bucks
