Is the endless cycle of cutting and bulking a waste of time?

The issue with running a compound like Testosterone is that it's not effective for recomping. So if I was running a caloric surplus of 200 calories I would not build as much muscle and would still gain fat and water weight regardless due to the aromatization. However, if I was to stack it with a compound like Tren I would be able to gain muscle and shred fat at the same time, which would give me a top tier low body fat physique in half the amount of time that bulking/cutting on Test would.

Is it worth it to bulk/cut and then lose a bunch of size or just add in Tren, eat at a caloric surplus, and achieve the physique in a shorter time period?

That still doesn't improve the recomp abilities of test. Test just enhances your ability to gain muscle, it doesn't make you shredded
 
If you're a bodybuilder you have to bulk and cut all the pros do it even with tren

What you can do is bulk to 15% instead if 20% so like lean bulk

these things are like dose dependant how much test are you on? and what ai are you taking and how much?
if you have like a good response to tren and can handle the sides then use it but if you never tried just go with anavar + test + moderate energy surplus and basics like good sleep and micronutrition should be covered too

I haven't bulked or cutted for the last 3 years at all and I look good.
