Men can't change their height for the most part, besides optimal nutrition, optimal igf1 levels, and osteoplast stimulus
but its still mostly up to genetics, where some people get up to 6'3 without any intervention, and others barely get to 5'9 with all the intervention in the world
Are hip dips in women the equivalent of height in men?
they cant really change how their hips are structured,
if your a powerlifter and you squat heavy, you would know every person has a different perfect squat stance because of how their hips are aligned in their body, even tho we all look the same, theres alot of difference in our optimal bio mechanics
this change in optimal bio mechanics is visible on a woman, and they cant really change it unless they get to 300lb+ territory where nothing is visible at all
do you guys discriminate based on hip dips to equalize the discrimination done to short men?
