Is the ESR, IPD or just the eye area good enough?

I was thinking to use Minoxidil or something to improve my eyelashes, I cant reduce the UEE without surgery, so I'm trying to fake it, maybe that can work, but idk, maybe I'm just loosing my time with stupids method and just a surgery work, but idk, there aren't too many options to improve the eye area, in specific the UEE without surgery.

The photos are a little bad, I don't take them to analyze, but it's that bad the ESR o pfl? Idk if the NCT is for habits or what because I sleep bad and that can affect

It's not it's tissue and bones esr is worse pfl is almost avg kinda below you need surgery to fix that but sleep more if you're fatigued it won't fix everything though

For the supraorbital I was thinking about hyaluronic acid, idk if obo is good, it's a little complex and it looks bad, but not too bad to make it, but a cantho can helps a lot
