i morphed my face with face app using just one filter on lvl 3 and i look 10x better

THE CHANGES I NOTICED IN THE MORPH
-better skin texture
-whiter sclera
-fuller upper lip
-lower body fat

That's it, is it actually possible to look like the morph? if yes then how
