is the first month of accutane really that bad?

i'm starting accutane, please share your experiences on the first month of accutane, expecially the acne getting worse

10mg is a very low microdose. So you shouldnt have that bad of a purging phase- just to be safe i would take some allergy meds since thats what helped me. You shouldnt have shedding but u might have some dry skin. Im on 20mg microdose and after a month i still havnt had any purging at all. Mark as solu

Accutane being bad is fearmongering, if u have acne that should make u depressed asf anyways. Accutane feels good asf

Lowk I went crazy and did 80mg

When I started taking 20mg my lips were very dry and red so I just started taking more cos i knew I was gonna have the sides.

For most people doing 10-20 shouldn’t really do much
