the guy is dravidian. His skin color and undertones look like feces, no arab let alone middle eastern person has skin color like that, let alone an african (africans dont have undertones like that), so this is imemadietly a shit skin indian.

same with the eyes, thats a distinct indian eye shape and size, arabs dont have eyes near to that.

nose could maybe be close to african, but not arab/middle eastern at all.

and also subhuman fat pads on the guys face.
