Is the gym even worth it?

Idk. I am a twink ass nigga and i want muscles but i don't like the gym cuz it hurts. Too much cortisol. Was thinking abt quitting my membership and just doing rock climbing or something fun twice a week. I used to go but irregluar asf, but had some stages where i went regularly. i went prolly 15 times this year at most.
