biggest takeaway is human error is the biggest issue. No amount of technology can stop a person from not using the tech as its intended just like you can break just about any program using it wrong.

If you fail it will likely be because of something you did. Think of it like a bear chasing a crowd of people only the dumbest/slowest person gets caught and is made an example of. Or the bear chooses to go after the big prey and use its effort purely on that thing
