I've tried like a bunch of diets to stay lean over the past 3 years and the only one that truly worked was high sugar not high carb specifically but high sugar this dude has a really similar diet to me weighs a bit more than me at but has the same ratio in calories to normal foods as me

i eat like 2-3k calories in donuts and 500-800 calories in a normal meal then cardio

ye i mean hormonally + blood screening also note i have POTS, high fat diets just arent efficient enough, healthy foods tank your test while trying to at or around maintenance and can only maintain it for like a month

bro POTS is NOT normal :lul: usually the best diets to stay lean are high in fiber idk how pots affects that though but I know a guy who has it and can barely walk past 5 mins brutal condition

bmr is 1500 calories not trying to bulk just trying to stay around 117-118 lbs while my dick works might do a 2000 calorie surplus today and just eat normal for the rest of the week

almost all high scoring hypermobile people have it he needs to eat way more sodium, my resting heart rate was perma 100 until i started just drinking salt/high sodium or go on medication

didn't say reta or sema made people suicidal it just happens to have a shit ton of studies on correlation between suicidal ideation despite showing having no link and i was interested why do they keep having to study it, in my original comment i just asked jonas about maybe the spirituality aspect of it he didn't answer and you tweaked out

das fine you gotta realize i willingly took dut but it went terribly for me, doesn't mean it won't for you same goes with reta i asked a question you took offense to, it probably was just hormonal imbalance from dut but dim wasn't fixing it for me so i hopped off just a personal anecdote

ay mane i tried like every diet possible it isn't healthy to be single digit bf in general its not that hard to get ther just hard to stay there if you don't got the hormonal support for it i didn't say the diet was healthy just super efficient would rather be 12-15% bf eating normal
