Dude famous means known to lots of people. Not many people will know of his existence but everyone in the fashion and modeling world knows who Barrett is and also outside of it you can’t say same for him

He is famous, and how famous you are is highly location dependent. For example a random gook could be very famous in Korea, but would be rather unknown in Austria. Jordan Barrett isn't famous worldwide, outside of the PSLophere and fagtok no one gives af about him.
