this is going to sound stupid

but can someone have neutral tilt or negative tilt while having this downturned medial canthus like eriksen? It seems like most people with similar deep medial canthuses have PCT or am I mistaken?
Does the line between the Medial canthus and lateral canthus to determine canthal tilt start at the outer most end of the medial canthus? If so that would mean someone with such a deep medial canthus would have PCT right? I don't know much about eyes.

I know the line on the left eye is inaccurate (snapchat editor) but the right eye is more accurate. Will Eriksens degree of PCT be less if his medial canthus wasn't as deep? Or will the lateral canthus just be the only thing that can affect canthal tilt and the medial canthus downwardness doesn't matter

David Gandy for example has a great medial canthus with PCT. I'm wondering if his Medial canthus wasn't as downward would he have a lesser degree of PCT or even neutral tilt?

Medial canthus obviously adds up pct. And also nobody comes close to eriksen medial canthus length regardless of pct/nct question. I think it’s still possible to have long and kinda down turned medial canthus (relatively the the whole eye) but have neutral or nct like jacob elordi, he has longer medial canthus and more downturned than Pitt but he has nct and Pitt has pct

Off the top of my head these two are similar medial canthus to Eriksen's, both have great PCT

Also look at how robert Pattinson doesn’t have that much pct but it’s rather how his medial canthus is just that good to pull out pct look

Almost has nct here if there was no good medial canthus

PCT is the angle between the medial canthus and the lateral canthus so both are determining factors

Downturned medial canthus is a model trait and contributes heavily to masculine PCT.

It's good to have downturned medial canthus but what if your lacrimal caruncle is covered? Is that unaesthetic?
Not talking about epicanthic folds by the way, in the case I'm talking about you have a supratarsal crease, just that your lacrimal caruncle is covered and your medial canthus tilt is downturned, and it looks like some sort of cut going from your eye to your nose since the lacrimal caruncle is covered.
