Is the only way to fix a recessed maxilla lefort 3/mlf3?

Something like this where the maxilla is harmonious with the lower jaw but everything is recessed.

Is there anything you could do other that lefort 3/mlf3? I feel like lefort 1 would be a looksmin...

Bimax with high lefort 1 + infraorbital malar implant. If you're under 21, you can always give MSE+FM a shot
