Even with hyper crashed estrogen it’s still so bad people never stop pointing it out I’m going to try injecting fat dissolvers into my nipples tbh

Mirin idea.

I think if you have high e2 for too long the gyno stays there and only goes away with surgery

I got some gyno from when I was fat and I was getting sensitive nipples last week (presumably puberty gyno) so I nuked my estrogen :lul::lul:

I think it worked because its not sensitive anymore so u prob have to nuke e2 when the gyno is still forming :feelsyay:

That could be a good plan but try to find a diagram that outlines the blood vessels within your nipple so you don’t puncture them :feelsohgod:

Doing any surgery that removes a piece of flesh or veins means permanent damage in that area, it is better to have flaws than to worsen your health

I’ve had high E2 since birth till now jfl. I don’t have sensitive nipples or anything but puffy, pokes through clothing, and mass which I assume is gyno under them.

I’d be able to pull back on the syringe to check to see if I hit a vein so I don’t think that’s the main issue it’s probably major nerves

i will never understand why people at a high body fat percentage stress over their gyno so much. you’re supposed to have some gyno if you’re fat. it’s inevitable unless you’re sitting at 15% or lower. gyno is way more tied to your body fat, i’ve seen people get surgery and still grow that shit back because it’s their body fat percentage contributing to more gyno glands forming

you can have high t levels and still have gyno because of your body fat percentage

if its like 6+ months old pretty much yeah, you couldve probably completly get rid of it just by going to a doctor after u notice issues and getting a presctiption, but as we know its the worst nightmare of selfmedicating.org

I’m 15% bf tho

you’re not, you hover around 20-25%, gyno will obviously show at that body fat percentage. gyno will show up if you’re fat no matter how much muscle you pack on. fat is correlated with your estrogen levels. fat tissue produces estrogen through aromatase. hovering at a high body fat percentage leads to more aromatase, more estrogen, more fat retention, especially in your hips and chest
