I haven't been there so don't know exact price but full night with a girl would not be more than 60-70 USD since this is the rate for the average girl in Thailand and Philippines is cheaper

They have drugs too, president Duterte launched a brutal war on drug dealers and drug users some years ago that left many dead...This happened in Mexico too when it was a dictatorship, the drug cartels desperate to survive stroke back, started to kill cops and special forces, they became more and more cruel and violent and that's why today they are so sick, they chop, burn or skin alive people, I wouldn't be surprised if something similar will happen in Philippines too...
