Breastfeeding does matter but your mother could've been very unhealthy both while pregnant with you and when she breastfed you.I m breastfeed for 1.5 years but I have aspereges and poor muscle gain and cognition

Unhealthy doesn't have to mean chronically ill, her diet could've been awful (full of carbs, lacking in protein, etc.), she could've been mentally unwell (which does have physical effects) or she could've been taking certain medications that were very sub-optimal during pregnancy and after.Unhealthy? But she didn t have a disease
What about the raw primal diet is it can still change my neurons and make me reach a neurotypical potentielUnhealthy doesn't have to mean chronically ill, her diet could've been awful (full of carbs, lacking in protein, etc.), she could've been mentally unwell (which does have physical effects) or she could've been taking certain medications that were very sub-optimal during pregnancy and after.
Completely raw diet isn't a smart idea, unless your animal products are very well sourced then the only benefits it has over cooked carnivore is enzymes. Imo just do both but don't forget other foods as well, basically have a balanced diet with a big emphasis on animal products that sometimes include raw stuff too. What about the raw primal diet is it can still change my neurons and make me reach a neurotypical potentiel
I'm in the same boat.Unhealthy doesn't have to mean chronically ill, her diet could've been awful (full of carbs, lacking in protein, etc.), she could've been mentally unwell (which does have physical effects) or she could've been taking certain medications that were very sub-optimal during pregnancy and after.
