I keep seeing these stupid greys on tiktok quoting goatis or making edits of him saying that raw meat increases bonemass.

I think this is straight bullshit, all raw meat does is increase the risk of a disease like salmonella or make you digest e.coli which can just cause straight infections

almost every guy i see promoting this on tiktok is just a skinny manlet or a 6'5 roidmaxxed chud :unsure:

if you are feed primal diet since birth then its not and during puberty and every stage of development its a big boost for bone growth but it has to be good source high quality stuff

By primal diet I still believe omnivore is optimal. But some non-processed whole foods are still unneeded.

Additionally, the lifestyle and environment matters almost just as much.

No I am saying that generations of grainsludge consuming has degenerated the human race. If you want to continue in the degeneration go ahead. If you want to return to being a normal human then go ahead. It will take many generations to heal but certainly there are benefits to be felt yourself
