If u eat McDonald’s once or twice a day and u burn more then u eat u won’t get fat but u won’t get the proper nutrients and vitamins u need daily as well. Long term this can seriously hurt your health. But u won’t get fat that’s purely based on calories in vs calories out. Take with that what you will

While none of these are perfect alternative energy drinks. They are much healthier than prime. Less additives which long term can rlly add up. More organic and pure ingredients too

It has a good amount of potassium in magnesium. I would have this and add a little salt to it to increase sodium; not too much though since you should have more potassium than sodium.
