If we presume that women are only sexually attracted to a minority of men
What if that only appears to be the case because the average man is fundamentally sexually unattractive due to environmental factors: low T, pollution, obesity, poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle etc
If the average man really looks like this, it would make sense:
Men in the past would have at least been leaner, with denser bones and more muscle mass and so on, making them relatively closer to 'sexually attractive' in comparison to modern men
Humans in (or closer to) a state of nature, markedly better-looking than the modern man:
