I perfectly understand why people are drawn to the sun. In sunny weather, the mood rises by itself. And vitamin D is not just a word from the ad, I really notice that on cloudy days I feel like shit. The sun gives energy, and this is a fact. But long to be under the scorching sun without spf can have a bad effect. I'm not a supporter of hiding from the sun like a vampire. Just need to know the measure. My advice is not to avoid the sun. Just enjoy the natural vitamin D without fanaticism.

Not when it comes to sun if your cells are properly lubricated with healthy fats. Dont let me catch you commenting bs ever again
Are skin cancer and sunburn not a concern to you? If you can find me credible scientific evidence that shows that “healthy fats” reduce rates of skin cancer, Id be thrilled to read it.

Also, you realize UV levels vary across the world right. In sunny Los Angeles, California, where I live, local time 1:00 AM, the UV index hits 11 in the summer, way more compared to other parts of the world.

Please have more nuance in your thinking.
