No, that's retarded logic.
Your mind cannot process time, much less your body.

Insanity is coping about the fact that your homo sapien brain cannot comprehend the timeline on which it is living upon.

Yeah its ur circadian rhythm
So let’s say someone goes to sleep from 11-7 and the other goes to sleep from 2-10 would there be a big difference in health?

Cause your mind only wants to shut down for a period suitable, it cannot possibly comprehend what that time period should exactly be on point!

I remember reading before that it is important to some extent, but getting a solid 8 is more important. Not sure why

No clue ngl i just heard paul saladino speak about circadian rhythms once but if there is a time ur body is most adapted too staying up later than that would stress you but can u adapt to it fully maybe idrk

Yes, the time you go to bed can still matter, even if you're getting a full 8 hours of sleep. Your body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, is influenced by the timing of sleep. Going to bed and waking up at consistent times helps synchronize this rhythm, promoting better sleep quality and overall health.

For example, sleep quality tends to be better when you sleep during the night, as the body is naturally primed for rest during these hours, aided by the release of melatonin. Disrupting this rhythm—by sleeping too late or at irregular times—can negatively affect mood, cognitive function, and even immune health, even if you're getting enough total sleep.

In short, getting 8 hours is important, but aligning your sleep with your body's natural rhythm is optimal for health and well-being.

I get you're point, either way none of these things matter.
Go to sleep when it's dark and wake up whenever you want without an alarm.
That's all I'm saying.
