not sure i Haven't tried it yet but i have seen people post results from "towel biting" it just looks like they chewed Hard gum.
i did it yestersay and my jaw muscles still hurt a bit when biting/eating lol

It's normal. Imagine you never trained your biceps and today you went for intense bicep gym session, ofcoars the next day you wouldn't be able use your muscle without pain

I do exercises for masseter 3x in week, is like a train another muscle bro

Towel biting is autistic, this is definitely not better than chewing gum or isolated exercises
