Is the use of Accutane and reta safe at the same time.

Im on 20 mg accutane and saw sum shi that reta effects your liver enzymes. If I do use it I would stay at 250-500 mcg anyways. Btw idk if accutane stunts your growth but if it does this question dont matter but does reta stunt your growth (im 15)

cus I hate fat and my protein intake is pretty high so I didnt think it would cause my already small muscles to shrink more
