i need some opinions, so i read a lot of threads about water and you have to drink this and this, and atleast 4l a day etc.

is water really that mog?? cuz i honestly barly drink any water at all. and i recent problem i have that has me thinking is, i track my electrolytes so i know my ratio is optimal for debloating, i am lean 12-15% i would say (check my pfp before you say cap). and i am honestly struggeling to debloat, i have promonent zygos, i have a good zygomatic arch, so i should be able to obtain a pretty close to a hollow cheek look. idk guys, really just need yall opinion, is water really that fucking important? and whats like the minimum amount you have to drink?? idk if i am being a retard rn, prob am. so yeah give me awnsers. mby something as little as water is the thing holding me back from getting an hhtn face

ipd might be a bit close maybe its the pic but esr still ideal, philtrum a lil long, chin is non dimorphic compared to ur jaw, mouth to nosee width, i think ur mouth could be wider other and set just a tad bit higher in height, other than that, pretty good, maybe norwood 1.5 but looks good with ur phenotype, lhtn, alright angularity, excp dimo, ok misc, i would say your a flat 6 to 5.75, so about hmtn - lhtn, how tall are you?

yes, on blast rn actully. trying to cut a littlebit tho, so am running 300mg test, 200mg tren, 3mg reta. thats the like cycle cycle, also running ghk and mt2 and modafinil and semax on the side. also i dont have unlimited money so i keep test low so my e2 is in place so i dont have to use an AI or something like EQ, i honestly really like EQ and i have considerd it. problem is eq makes my apetite go thru the sky. so even on like 5mg reta i still have cravings and i end up eating like a pig tbh. problem is money tbh, would run a lof higher doses if i could afford it. but i have been blasting roids for over a year now, EX gymcell. still kinda are just more focused on aesthetics then getting huge, still want mass tho. so i have ran pretty much every compound known to man kind

Obv you need water as it improves your gymaxxing as well as debloat (not crazy debloat, you need more than water)
 
the entirety of my fluid intake is diet soda, energy drinks or electrolytes

prolly a looksmin but it tastes too good

water is pretty important since you have good bm you can get hollow cheeks the minimum is aleast 3L and if your struggling to debloat dont use bs products like kshamis it will just make it worse in the long run then just fix your diet/sweat

i like the cylce, for you as a 17 yr old i would honestly go higher on the tren, the golden rule is increase with 50mg a week to the point you get sleeping issues, and then go back to the prevoius dose where you dont have sleep problems. since your still have potential to grow bones etc i would abuse the tren bc this is the actuall driver in the cylce, for everything. muscle, bone, neuro boost etc. for the cals i would go down on the protein as protein is overrated asf. specially on tren, up the carbs and lower the protein to 20-30 over bodyweight, if your 70kg i would do 100g protein. carbs is the best of the best. especially with tren cuz of the nutrition partitioning. tren loves carbs, easy as that. cialis and hcg is good. wish i did this sooner as i have Erectial disfunction. accutane, dutasteride, and your peptides are good. i personally dont use diuretics just cuz its so harsh on the liver specially with all the other compounds that also mess with ur liver. when it comes to looksmaxxing and gymcelling there is actually a very good middle ground here. i my self do this aswell. prioretize carbs before workout. and prioretize electrolytes. if you do this correctly the tren will absorbe all the carbs to your muscle. so as a result you will have full nice looking muscles without facial bloat cuz the electrolytes tells the body where to store the water. so i would only use the diuretics for imporant events, dates, social shit etc. bc its so harsh on the liver, even top level bodybuilders dont mess with diuretics cuz of the damage. so dont abuse those. everything else looks good. if your good on money i would up the test bc ur growth plates dont really matter anymore cuz ur 17 yrs old. and use the AI u have. so up tren and test, midigate with ai or EQ if you have issues with eating enough food. with the cycle setup i would suggest a 300-500 cal deficit. this is enough to grow muscle bc of the insulin sensitivity and tren. so as a result you will get lean asf and debloated and gain size. whats ur split looking like for building aesthetics?

Damn bro, I appreciate that amazing advice, tren really is that compound everyone hypes it up to be, I just don’t wanna up it to much since my dad is bald and I was Norwood 2 earlier this year and reversed with dut and oral min, so I will up by 25mg until I get sleep issues, my split is a push day, pull day, push day, pull day, hitting 1 or 2 leg machines each push pull day 4x a week then a break day, then a full body day,

alr split looks good, just make sure to focus on: upperchest, sidedelts, arms, lowerlats, midback/uppertraps. these are the golden standard for aesthetics. and one more thing, if you train front delts. stop, your wasting your time
