what about skeletal lolforward head posture can make recession looks worse. If youre lean, slight weight gain might balance it tbh.Braces will align your teeth, but if the issue is skeletal, they won’t fix facial structure. If you’re still growing, HGH or palate expansion (if possible) could help you. Gl bhai. Drop me a rep pls![]()
if your issue is skeletal (actual recession and not just soft tissue deficiency) i hate to break the bad news for you but your non surgical options are very limited. since youre avoiding lefort and sliding genioplasty. Theres some alternatives like distraction osteogenesis and MARPE/SARPE (only works if your sututre arent fully fused btw) but if youre fully grown implants are your best options unless you consider jaw surgery. If ur still growing you should maximize natural growth and look into implants later. Drop me a rep thankswhat about skeletal lol
doesnt sarpe work for adults too though?
