I want to understand more why I hate myself and don't feel worthy of love and how I can fix it.
 
Unless you have social anxiety and I don't see the point.
And even in that case you can do it yourself (or get meds to help it)

I've been to like 5 therapists for years

yeah, I have severe social anxiety. But I think it comes from the fact that I hate myself and am afraid of being judged.

Turn off all the noise in your life for an extended period of time and your mind will quiet down. You'll be able to understand yourself and know what direction to go. Stop listening to music, playing video games, and using social media. And don't go to therapy. It will only make you worse.

Honestly telling yourself "I love myself and I'm deserving of love" is cope if no one thinks the same.
Just like telling yourself that "you're beautiful" when no one agrees with you

true but tbh it's my own self-hatred cucking me. Like I don't feel worthy of girls who approach me/ ask me out and tell me they're interested. That's why i'm an incel. I self-sabotage constantly because I hate myself. I also don't pursue girls because I don't feel good enough.

never take shalom pills or take jew advice but they can be used to get neetbux, help with college admissions, etc. you can also sell your shalom pills.

Taper then. It's not about dopamine. It's about the mental noise that comes with those routes of arrival. You need to shut that noise off. Just getting off all social media alone, deleting your account, would do you wonders.

Therapy is for women. Look into psychiatric interventions like medications or psychedelics. Above all, you need to accomplish shit to raise your self esteem. Get jacked, get good at a skill, careermax, etc.

meditation is good for learning about yourself and how you think. gotta be consistent with it though. it's also good for helping you fall asleep.

i think some therapy can be good if you can find one who specialized in CBT or DBT and will actually stick to that and force you to do it. but many therapists are pushovers and will just let you talk the whole time, which could just make you worse. i was with a therapist for three years and i swear she made me worse because i was talking to her for like 2 hours at a time and she'd just let me talk and talk about myself. and since i was talking to her more than i was talking to anyone else, my default form of communication became just talking about myself on and on.

1. don’t take psychedelics
It is True that it might help Some people (ℹ have experience With LSD maxxing)

But it can Go terribly wrong if you are Not in a good state of mind and fuck you up for life. Trust me - don’t take it. Maybe later in Life when you Feel better

2. Start with a therapist that is convenient. Just Go there. Then you will See if it Fits for you or if you Need a different therapist. I d recommend a Male therapist.

3. dont Fall Into the Trap of Self improvement BS! Do Some real good Things -> exercise, sleeping a lot, good Food

Quit all the hedonic Social Media / YouTube / Porn shit -> that Fuchs you up More than you realize
