Fair it’s close imo but I’ve spent more time on my phone during a 2 year addiction to spice and weed were I was on it daily 24/7. Don’t forget, I’m still on my phone whilst sober. Phone is a lifelong addiction unlike many

I used to be addicted to ket and mdma but my main point is that your phone is just a mental addiction and it’s just not even close to being as bad as actual drugs for you

Ofcourse it’s hard to tell the difference at face value especially when you’re sober but your body can tell the difference and drugs fuck you up for life
