Is there a bigger looksmin than smoking and drinking?

Yeah but it’s a huge looksmin. I feel awkward on dates when sober but feel better in general when not drinking. It’s a hard trade off how do you use alcohol?

I don’t drink a lot . Drink sometimes is not a huge looksmin imo
It’s a looksmin if you’re getting blackout drunk everytime

Yeah it causes other problems like binge eating for me. After being in a fraternity in college I can’t rly drink moderately anymore it’s either I get fucked up or don’t drink at all so I try to avoid it and use phenibut instead. Buts it’s hard to act chill and NT on dates when completely sober tbh

Never tried phenibut tbh but yea a drink or 2 helps a lot on dates
