Nothing worse than looking like a preggo sheman toilet.Shoulder to hip ratios is one of the most important things when it comes to attraction.You can fraud wider shoulders but there isnt a way I know of to get narrower hips.

Oh shit my sleep deprived ass was trying to find surgical methods used to fix wide lips You can either get wider shoulders or get hip surgery, its not a huge failo unless you have small shoulders or birthing hips which most guys dont have.
