is there a calorie limit in omad ? or you can eat as much you want in that one meal ?

Limit to 3000 calories if you want toned, athletic muscles or dont limit if you want bulky, bodybuilder muscles

i dont do any exercise and my lifestyle is quite inactive .. so i am okay with 1500 kcal a day .. is it fine ?
