stupid question ik, but been looking online and seeing some wierd stuff regarding the topic

like suppose you get orbital rim implants to project your zygos foward, does that make cheek fillers useless?

Aren't orbital rim implants for under eye support instead of zygos? I thought for zygos you could either get a firm filler like Radiesse or just custom implants from Eppley

i thought orbital rim implants project ur zygos foward and give you a more canthalt tilt

The cheekbones are each made up of (parts of) 3 different bones. The temporal bone (side), the zygomatic bone (corner), and the maxilla (front).

The zygomatic bone is important if you want to improve your 3/4 profile > ogee curve

so it doesnt help with canthal tilt?

Fuck.. threads like these are suicide fuel.

I need literally everything.

new jaw, cheekbones, hair transplant, ears pinned back, lipo suction in my neck.

it would be simpler to transplant my brain into Chads skull

No.

Go in front of a mirror and slightly pinch the skin on your cheeks to simulate the gained mass. Make sure to not just push skin upwards to create this effect, the pull effect should be equal above and below the pinch. Look how your lower eyelid reacts. It will stay the same >problem not solved.

Adding mass to the cheekbone won't change your cantal tilt
