I don't think you can. Canthoplasties for exemple doesn't heal because it moves directly the underlying tissues and the lateral canthus tendon. I don't think it'd be safe to do that at home.

Canthus cutting will heal eventually. As i said, for results to be permanent you need to move underlying tissues and the lateral canthus tendon. If you don't it will just heal after some time tho. If you still want to cut it watch out not to cut your lacrimal caruncle or i promise you you'll regret it.
