Is there a fix for thick skin, giga ethnic trait as well.

If i get to 5% bf I will still struggle to have chiseled face because of it.

Stretch the skin with bimax or implants. Other than that i dont think so. Maybe idk wash ur face with minoxidil and fuck ur face up
