I lived in India for 3 years because of my dads job and to a certain extent you are right, but its mostly a caste thing. Dalits are retarded because they live in shit areas and more likely than not will never step foot in a school, whereas high caste Brahmas inherit businesses and go to expensive private schools. An example I saw first hand was a family friend and my driver were both from the same province but were different castes, the high caste one was 6'5 and the low caste one was like 5'2
