If you are in early stages of balding, you will notice your hair getting kind of ratty and frizzy if that makes sense. Also people who bald at a young age (before 35) will usually lose quite a bit of density before their temples start receding but the thing with human hair is, it so so thick that you wont notice a difference in density until you have lost like 30% of your original hair.

I would get it looked at by a professional if you are doubting yourself. Don’t ask friends. Because friends will not always be accurate with what they see. On top of them not being a professional

- Take a pic of your hair this month and then another in 2 months and look to see if there is a difference get a hair cut before each one
- Go to a hair loss doctor if you are really worried they will be able to tell
