Me personally i grew my hair out and its amazing, i had a short middle part with fades, since i grew my hair out and still kept the middle part it looks amazing, but i will cut it a little bit to make it neat yk

As he said, go to hairstylist or start cutting it yourself. Look famous ppl that look like you, and copy their hairstyle if they look good (If you find your headshape its way easier)
