I was gonna include in OP that next year is the first time in .org history where a large number of OGs turn 30, but didn’t want it to induce sui thoughts or be a dick

i think most people that would genuinely rope rather than just flirt with the idea of ropping would have done so by 25

According to Alexbrown he roped (they met irl)
Although i have hard time to believe it - we were living in the same area and i wasn't seeing anything special in the news back in the time. They report those cases 100% of the times. He was very non-NT and hideous i doubt he had the courage to rope. I hope that was the case. I knew he wanted to leave this site so that was his back-up plan.

Acceptancepill. We get used to our situation. If I knew as a 19 year old I was going to be in this situation I probably would've thought I would rope. It was simply unthinkable. But it happened. It happened quietly and very fast. I've made peace with it.

But personally while I don't feel like roping, some sudden major life event like getting into an accident and losing a leg, getting some sort of disease that severely lowers life-quality, etc. could get me over the edge to rope.

While I could see a bluepilled normie live through that more easily, because he feels like life still has value and a lot to offer, even under such circumstances. He still has family, friends, love and a brain which was already positive and happy before the accident/disease.

If I lost my leg in an accident tomorrow, I would see no possible way to ever turn this ship, my life, around anymore into something I find worth living.
For now I have been lucky and no need to rope as of yet.
