I'd recommend just natural maxxing (losing weight, eating high protein, deep and long sleep, zero stress) until like 14 tbh, because by 15, people start hitting puberty, and when you hit puberty, growth velocity goes up, as well as your growth plates begin closing rapidly. Since you are already on this forum at 13, you're probably gonna start roid maxxing at like 15-16.
