In long run they actually increase appetite. Makes your stomach bigger and gives you inconsistent blood sugar (carbs)

I've been using it on and off for over a year now and still got that effect. Albeit I'm at a higher dosage now.

If money/time isn't an issue just eat healthier. That's more effective and better for your body than just starving yourself to lose weight.
